Here’s my take:
I like how the product comes in an easy squeeze tube which makes applying easier. Plus it is a dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested, non-comedogenic, hypo-allergenic and fragrance free which gives me the assurance that it’s safe to use. Although I didn’t notice the lightening effect after a week of use, I can feel that the skin around my eyes is no longer puffy. There’s actually a little feeling of skin tightening after 2 to 3 days, and I bet it’s a good sign that the product is really effective. No irritation occurs so I’m sure that if I’ll continue using this product specifically in the morning and at night, I’ll get better result.

I got this too but sadly it didn't work for me. I guess the fact that my dark circles are caused by my allergies and are natural is the reason.
I have tried thid before, but did not see any significant difference. Still using ny favorite SK II Signature Eye Cream
